How to make Red Rice Puttu?

Ingrediants:

500 grms Red Rice Puttu Powder (MTR/ Manna or any brands in the market)
1/2 table spoon salt
1 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Grated Coconut
Sugar as needed
1 Spoon Ghee
2 Gloves of Cardomom
1 Cup milk if required

How to make the Puttu?

Take 500 grms of puttu poder and add required salt.   Sprinkle warm water and stir till the flour becomes moist.  Spread layers of moist flour and grated cocunt in the standard puttu vessel.  In case of Idly cooker,  spread the contents on the idly plates.  Cover it and cook till the stream comes out   Can be servered hot with sugar, ghee and milk.

You can also server with riped banana.
